01These terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of fleshweave.com and any products, content or services we provide (the “Platform”). By using the Platform you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
The Platform is operated by FLESHWEAVE LIMITED (company number 17107739), registered in England & Wales at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ.
FleshWeave is an early-stage company. Showcase content on the Platform is illustrative and clearly placeholder, and features may change as the business develops.
02Using the Platform
- You must be at least 18, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to make purchases.
- You are responsible for keeping any account credentials secure and for activity under your account.
- We may update, suspend or withdraw parts of the Platform, and we aim to give reasonable notice where this affects you.
03Editions are collectibles, not investments
“Editions” are limited or open-run collectible goods — digital items, physical artifacts, or bundles of both. They are sold as cultural objects to own and enjoy.
For the avoidance of doubt, Editions are not:
- securities, shares, financial instruments, or regulated investments;
- crypto-assets, tokens, NFTs, or anything recorded on a blockchain;
- a promise of profit, resale value, future return, or appreciation.
You buy an Edition for its own sake. Any limited run size is a statement of scarcity, not a financial inducement. Nothing on the Platform is financial advice or an offer of investment.
04Orders, pricing & payment
Forming a contract
Listings are an invitation to purchase, not an offer. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable or a price was listed in error — and will refund any payment taken.
Prices & tax
- Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable.
- Delivery costs, where they apply, are shown before checkout.
- Payment is taken securely by our payment processor; we do not store full card details.
05Delivery, cancellations & returns
As a UK consumer you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
- Physical goods — you generally have 14 days to cancel from receipt and a further 14 days to return them in resaleable condition for a refund.
- Digital content — by requesting immediate access and acknowledging it, you agree the 14-day cancellation right is lost once download or streaming begins.
- Faulty items — your statutory rights to a repair, replacement or refund are unaffected by anything in these Terms.
To start a return or report a fault, contact support@fleshweave.com.
06Intellectual property & licences
The Platform, its branding, text, design, code, lessons and showcase material are owned by FleshWeave or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other rights. The FleshWeave name and logo are our trade marks.
What you get when you buy
- A purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the item for personal, non-commercial enjoyment, unless a listing states otherwise.
- Ownership of underlying copyright and master rights stays with the creator or rightsholder.
Creators & your content
Where you submit work to the Studio, you keep your rights and retain your masters; you grant us only the limited licence needed to provide the agreed services. Specific projects are covered by a separate written agreement.
07Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break the law, infringe others’ rights, or impersonate anyone;
- upload, request or distribute unlawful, harmful, hateful or infringing material;
- attempt to create unauthorised synthetic likenesses or voice clones of real people (see our AI Disclosure);
- interfere with the Platform’s security, scrape it at scale, or misuse our systems;
- resell, redistribute or commercially exploit content without permission.
We may suspend or remove access for breaches of these Terms.
08AI-assisted work
FleshWeave is an AI-assisted, human-directed studio. AI-assisted output is labelled, and our approach to provenance, consent and ethics is set out in our AI Disclosure, which forms part of these Terms.
09Liability
We provide the Platform with reasonable care and skill but do not guarantee it will always be available or error-free. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under law — including your statutory consumer rights.
Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product or service.
10Governing law & changes
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK, you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections of your home nation.
We may update these Terms; the “last updated” date reflects the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms. Questions: legal@fleshweave.com.
